Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility-specific standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills
- Complete all required facility orientations and competency validations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any U.S. state (we facilitate Oregon licensure)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in your specialty
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in various settings
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
