Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency using established triage protocols
- Provide telehealth and in-person consultations to determine appropriate care pathways
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care measures
- Respond to medical emergencies with calm professionalism and critical decision-making
- Support public health initiatives during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma (or compact state)
- Minimum 3 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience with telehealth platforms a plus
