Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using state-of-the-art triage protocols and digital health records
- Coordinate with emergency departments and specialists to prioritize patient care
- Utilize provided diagnostic equipment including ECG monitors and vital sign tracking systems
- Document clinical observations accurately in our integrated EMR platform
- Provide telephone triage services to patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas with minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth triage platforms
- Strong critical thinking skills for rapid decision-making in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication abilities for diverse patient populations
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends as needed
