Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments using standardized triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to prioritize patient care based on acuity
- Document medical histories and symptoms in EMR systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
- Monitor patient conditions and initiate emergency interventions
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license with BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years emergency department experience
- ACLS and TNCC certifications preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-pressure environments
