Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and determine medical urgency using provided telehealth equipment
- Document patient interactions accurately in our advanced EHR system
- Collaborate with physicians to prioritize patient care pathways
- Provide compassionate guidance to patients using standardized triage protocols
- Maintain equipment calibration and readiness per hospital standards
- Train on new triage technologies as they're implemented
Qualifications
- Active MN RN license with 3+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth triage platforms
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with provided equipment
