Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments using evidence-based triage protocols
- Operate digital triage systems and telehealth equipment for remote consultations
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists to prioritize critical cases
- Document patient encounters using our EHR system with provided tablets
- Maintain inventory and functionality of triage equipment (monitors, EKG machines)
- Train on new medical technologies and equipment as implemented
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with EHR systems (training provided for our platform)
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment (point-of-care testing, vital monitors)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
