Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize cases in emergency settings
- Collaborate with physicians to develop appropriate care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide clear patient education on treatment protocols
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless transitions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years emergency/trauma nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Excellent communication and cultural competency
