Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms using digital triage systems and medical equipment to determine urgency
- Coordinate with emergency departments and specialists for seamless patient handoffs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) with real-time data from provided equipment
- Educate patients on home care protocols using telehealth tools provided by the facility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and resource allocation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives using data from diagnostic equipment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years emergency or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and digital triage platforms
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided medical equipment
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
