Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments to determine acuity level and prioritize care
- Collaborate with physicians and emergency staff to coordinate patient flow
- Document patient histories and symptoms using EMR systems
- Provide clear communication to patients and families about care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and triage logs
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
