Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency via phone and in-person triage
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate care pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide clear patient education and discharge instructions
- Coordinate with emergency departments and specialty services
- Monitor patient flow and optimize department efficiency
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Epic or EHR systems
