Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients using Emergency Severity Index (ESI) protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to determine patient acuity levels
- Document assessments and interventions in EMR systems with precision
- Provide emergency medical guidance to patients and families
- Coordinate care between departments and external providers
- Maintain compliance with TJC and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in triage assessment techniques
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- BSN degree preferred
