Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and determine urgency of medical conditions
- Provide expert clinical guidance and education to patients
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Manage patient flow and prioritize critical cases
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Support emergency department operations during peak times
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Strong triage and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred
