Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency using ESI protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and emergency department teams for seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide telehealth consultations for remote patient assessments
- Train staff on triage best practices and emergency response protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient flow optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (AZBN)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications with current status
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
- BSN degree or higher preferred
