Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions using advanced triage protocols and provided diagnostic equipment
- Coordinate with emergency department staff to prioritize patient care efficiently
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients and family members
- Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth triage systems and provided medical devices
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
