Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity using standardized protocols and provided diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists to prioritize emergency cases
- Utilize provided telehealth systems for remote consultations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with supplied tablets
- Train on advanced monitoring equipment during onboarding
- Lead triage teams during high-volume periods
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active PA RN license with 2+ years ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (equipment provided for renewal)
- Proficient in EHR systems with training on our proprietary platform
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with provided ergonomic equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Experience with telehealth triage systems
