Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and medical histories using standardized triage protocols
- Utilize provided digital diagnostic tools and telemedicine systems for remote consultations
- Coordinate with emergency departments and specialists for critical case transfers
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using our EHR platform
- Train on new medical equipment and telehealth technologies upon hire
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient education on home care and follow-up procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years emergency or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in EHR systems and telemedicine platforms
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided mobile diagnostic tools
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Experience with remote patient monitoring technologies
