Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using digital triage protocols and provided equipment
- Utilize telehealth systems to consult with patients remotely and determine urgency
- Document clinical findings in electronic health records with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with emergency departments for patient transfers and care coordination
- Train new staff on triage protocols and equipment usage
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient flow efficiency
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum 2 years emergency department or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
- Strong assessment skills for pediatric/adult populations
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR systems preferred
