Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments via telehealth and phone triage systems

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (IN)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English/Spanish
- Experience with Epic EMR systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover variable shifts including nights/weekends
