Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize urgent cases using evidence-based triage protocols
- Provide telehealth consultations and in-person triage services for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Delicate patient education on home care and preventive measures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency drills
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
