Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone/video triage using evidence-based protocols
- Prioritize urgent cases and coordinate with emergency services when required
- Document encounters in EMR systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for complex cases
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications
Qualifications
- Active NE RN license with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Valid triage certification or equivalent experience
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient volumes
