Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize cases based on urgency
- Provide accurate medical advice via telehealth and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop patient care plans
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precision
- Manage patient flow during peak hours to ensure efficient care delivery
- Educate patients on treatment protocols and preventive care measures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong triage assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
