Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care levels using established clinical protocols
- Provide accurate telephone triage for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop treatment plans
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Educate patients on home care instructions and follow-up requirements
- Respond effectively to emergency situations per ACLS protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
