Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and triage patient calls and visits with high accuracy and urgency.
- Provide medical guidance, symptom analysis, and treatment recommendations.
- Document patient interactions and medical history in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and care coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer appropriate first aid and emergency interventions when necessary.
- Educate patients on preventative care and health maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and ENPC (or equivalent) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems.
