Responsibilities
- Perform detailed phone and video triage assessments to determine the urgency of patient symptoms.
- Evaluate patient medical history and current condition to recommend appropriate care pathways.
- Document all interactions accurately and securely within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialists to facilitate referrals.
- Provide patient education on preventative care and symptom management.
- Escalate critical cases immediately to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to complete the structured paid training program.
