Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using standardized triage protocols
- Prioritize patients based on acuity levels and allocate resources efficiently
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide clear communication to patients and families about wait times and care plans
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State
- Recent nursing graduate with less than 1 year of experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn EHR systems
