Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone triage and prioritize care urgency based on established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients and families during stressful situations
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital policies at all times

Qualifications
- Active RN license in District of Columbia or compact state
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with relevant experience considered)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal communication and empathy abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
