Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care urgency using ESI protocols
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with emergency department teams during critical situations
- Provide education on self-care and follow-up procedures
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic experience preferred)
