Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments via phone and in-person using standardized triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to prioritize patient cases based on acuity levels

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri or compact state
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (ED experience preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
