Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize cases based on severity
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and communication
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient flow
- Provide compassionate care guidance to patients via phone and telehealth
- Maintain compliance with TJC and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER/Tele preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records
