Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient acuity using standardized triage protocols
- Provide accurate clinical guidance to patients via phone and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Document patient encounters with precision in electronic health records (EHR)
- Manage emergency department flow to optimize patient throughput
- Delicate patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia (GA RN)
- Minimum 2 years emergency room or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred
