Responsibilities
- Assess incoming patient calls and walk-ins using standardized triage protocols
- Collect detailed medical histories and symptoms to determine urgency levels
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists to prioritize care delivery
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) with real-time updates
- Provide clear patient education on treatment plans and next steps
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow
- Monitor and respond to critical changes in patient condition
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years emergency room or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficient in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
