Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls using standardized protocols and clinical judgment
- Provide accurate triage recommendations and emergency referrals
- Document patient interactions in EMR systems with precision
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for coordinated treatment plans
- Educate patients on symptoms and appropriate care pathways
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 2 years triage or ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
