Responsibilities
- Delight residents with compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Support meal services and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff on care plans
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience in long-term care
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Clear background check and negative TB screen
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
