Responsibilities
- Provide essential patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate communication
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CNA certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided if not certified)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
