Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, and medical reports
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments and inventory of supplies
- Offer emotional support to patients and families during care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
