Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with mobility transfers and ensure resident safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and observations
- Support residents' emotional wellbeing through companionship and engagement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans
- Adhere to infection control and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current North CNA certification (or reciprocity from another state)
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on CNA experience preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
- Background check and TB screening required
