Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional direct patient care during night shifts (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions in EMR systems
- Assist with emergency response procedures and medication administration
- Complete remote charting tasks during daytime hours
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all patient data
- Participate in monthly skills validation training
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency with telehealth charting platforms
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Pass background/drug screening
