Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Prepare and serve meals while accommodating dietary needs
- Document care notes accurately and timely
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior CNA experience necessary
- Must obtain California CNA certification within 90 days
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass background check and health screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Compassionate attitude and patience with elderly clients
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
