Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately
- Assist with patient mobility and transfer using proper techniques
- Observe patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Support rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic activities
- Ensure accurate patient documentation and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish a plus
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
