Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain resident hygiene
- Accurately document care notes using our electronic health record system
- Support social and recreational activities to enhance resident well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized care plans
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Current CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to resident dignity
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Clean background check and negative TB test results
