Your Role
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our patients' daily lives, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. We pride ourselves on a supportive work environment where your skills are valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking using proper body mechanics.
- Administer medication and document care activities accurately in electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and family members regarding patient status.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Virginia State CNA Certification (Licensure required).
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
