Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status accurately.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely to beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior nursing experience required (training provided).
- Candidates must be willing to obtain a CNA certification if not already held.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
