Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across multiple departments including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EMR systems with meticulous accuracy
- Mentor new nursing staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license or compact state eligibility
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PENNY or similar trauma certification a plus)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical environments
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
