Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Support meal services and nutrition plans
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Communicate effectively with care teams and families
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong attention to detail
