Responsibilities
- Perform accurate vital signs and patient measurements.
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic testing and treatment.
- Manage and maintain electronic health records (EHR) accurately.
- Coordinate phlebotomy and laboratory specimen collection.
- Greet patients and manage the front desk check-in process.
- Provide patient education on medications and procedures.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, or NCMA (required).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency with medical software and EHR systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety.
