Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals, measurements, and EKGs with high accuracy.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during medical visits.
- Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with phlebotomy and specimen collection procedures.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment following OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software (e.g., Epic, AthenaHealth).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- High school diploma or GED required.
