Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff regarding patient status.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment to prevent accidents and infections.
- Document patient interactions and care provided accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Active RN or CNA license in the State of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED required; nursing diploma or Associate degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety protocols.
