Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assessment in specialized clinical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Document patient records accurately and maintain EHR compliance
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Valid IL RN license (required)
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- 1+ years clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
