Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with clinical standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Respond to emergency situations with swift clinical judgment
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- BSN preferred; ADN accepted with experience
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
