Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care in ICU/ER settings with precision and urgency
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with 100% accuracy
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs using advanced telemetry systems
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists during critical interventions
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) documentation

Qualifications
- Active CA RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience in acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
